Winner Publicity & ASA Compliance

If you are the winner of a competition, you will be invited to participate in publicity exercises. Your participation is voluntary. However, even if you decline publicity, we may still be required to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) as proof that the competition was properly administered and the prize awarded.

Marketing & Charity Voting

You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information or entered a competition and have not opted out.

We may also use your Identity, Contact, and Profile Data to invite you to participate in monthly charity voting, where 10% of ticket sales are donated to a selected charity. Participation is optional, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

We operate a monthly charity voting programme designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all participating organisations.

  • The first vote will commence on 01/09/2026.

  • Three charities will be randomly selected from our roster of verified and approved charities.

  • Charities included in a vote will be excluded from selection for 1 month following participation.

  • The winning charity will enter a 6‑month dormant period before becoming eligible again.

  • Random selection is carried out using an impartial automated process to ensure fairness.

  • Voting is free and does not require a purchase or entry into any competition.

  • Charity information provided to us during onboarding will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Charities wishing to participate must complete our verification process, which includes confirming registered charity status, providing required documentation, and agreeing to our partnership terms.
